Why are the products so much cheaper?
We sell directly to the public. There is no shop and are no middlemen, so our overheads are kept very low. We pass our savings onto you!

Is it real?
All the stock is genuine. We sell the same name brand designer fragrances you find in the retail department stores except not at the retail prices. In the case of the unboxed or damaged items it is only the outer packaging that is the difference.

Fragrance Direct delivers within approximately 5 working days on our first class service, 3 working days on our tracked service and we also have a next day delivery service. Please choose your options at the checkout.

What if I want to make an exchange or want a refund?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order and we would hope to resolve any problems you may have. If, however, you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will promptly exchange the item, issue a credit or refund you.
